Ans. A word processor may also be reffered to stand alone to a computer system, similar to a typewritter but after including technical advancement such as screen advancement, advance formatting and printing. It also has the ablity to save he document in computer memory and other devices. Ms Word is the world's most popular word processing software.
2. What are the features of Ms Word?
Ans. The features of Ms Word are as follows :-
i. It has table features where we can draw table, apply pre table by applying rows and coloumns.
ii. It has header and footer to indicate on a page.
iii. It has different cases where the user chooses the case as per their requirement.
iv. We use it for mailing the document through mail merge.
v. It has dictionary ( thesaurus).
3. What is alignment?
Ans. Alignment feature allows the user to write the message on application or any other document in a proper way.
There are different kinds of alignment:-
i. Centre alignment
ii. Left alignment
iii. Right alignment
iv. Justify alignment
4. What is indentation?
Ans. Indentation is the margin either left or right provided by the user on a page document in Ms Word. It allows the user to make a document in a proper measurement.
5. What is hyperlink?
Ans. When one page is connected to another page through a link is known as hyperlink. By default colour is light blue.
